Due to the perishable nature of our peanut butter products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened; however, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please examine your PB2 powder or spreads for any signs of seal tampering or transit damage within 48 hours.

If there is an issue, email our customer service team with your order number and a clear photo of the product and its expiration date.
Evaluation
Our quality assurance team will review your claim to determine if a replacement or a full refund is appropriate based on the product condition.
Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a fresh replacement will be shipped at no cost.
